Operating Principle:

Hot air goes into the bottom of the dry through an entrance pipe with an appropriate speed,and drives stirring and drying chamber.The air flow brings strong shearing,blowing,floating,and revolving to granulated,collide and rub.Materials become small particles and easy to transfer the heat.Heavy wetter particles got granulated,small particles is brought up by air flows and get dry further in this process.In this rotary motion of gas solid two phase fluid makes the solid particle separated from the gas flow by centrifugal force,the relative speed between gas and solid is very high,therefore the heat transmission is more effective and great heat released in the process.

Features and Advantages:

1. The drying process of the materials in the room is fast, and the drying time of the materials in the room is short, which can effectively prevent the deterioration of the sensitive materials.

2. The drying chamber is equipped with grading ring and cyclone, and the fineness and final moisture of materials are adjustable. The special air distribution device reduces the equipment resistance and effectively improves the drying uniformity of materials.

3. Special cooling device and air tight package are set at the bottom of the dryer to avoid deterioration of materials in the high-temperature area at the bottom.

4. It can effectively control the final moisture and fineness, and ensure the uniformity of moisture content and fineness of products through the adjustment of feeding, hot air temperature and classifier.

Application Field:

Paste, slurry, filter cake and other materials, plate and frame pressure filtration or centrifuge dewatering materials. For example:

1. Inorganic: boric acid, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite, etc;

2. Organic matter: atrazine (pesticide), lauric acid, benzoic acid, benzoic acid, bactericide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate, etc;

3. Ceramics: kaolin, silica, clay, etc;

4. Dyes: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, various azo dye intermediates.

5. Food: soybean protein, gum starch, distiller's grains, wheat sugar, wheat starch, etc.
