Spheronization machine
This machine makes damp granules into beautiful pellet by setting
rotating centrifugal disk, blower, and pneumatic nozzle. Feed damp
granule into rotating centrifugal disk, start fan then start
rotating centrifugal disk .It can make the damp granule undertaken
the action of air floating force in ring gap, rotating centrifugal
strength and gravity itself, appear circle rope-turning movement
and become high-degree ball shape pellet.

Working principle
QZL series spheronization machine is the extensively used processor
for converting extruded particles or moist granules from a mixer
/granulator into perfect spheres in food, chemical and
pharmaceutical industries. Particles are fed into the spinning
friction plate, which throws them against the inside wall of the
cylinder. Extruded particles are quickly broken into segments
approximately one diameter long. Centrifugal and gravitational
forces create a mechanically fluidized ring of particles.
Collisions with the wall, friction plate and other particles result
in the plastic deformation of each granule, quicky creating a
spherical shape. The desired shape for a specific application is
time and formulation dependent and is achieved, predictably and
repeatedly, in a brief period called the "spheronization time".
