FZH Bin Blender/ Square cone blender is mainly used for blending

Work principle of Square cone blender:
◆ The mixers are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food,
dye, feed, chemical fertilizer and pesticide industries and
especially suitable for mixing various solid materials with large
volume(1000L- 10000L).
◆ The mixing barrel swings while rotates so that the materials in
the barrel can be fully mixed. Because the discharge port of the
barrel is out of the barrel cenbtreline, the mixer features quick
mixing and discharging, as well as high volume mixing capacity.

clean. And blending process in fully sealed condition, there is no

50%~80%
4. The blending speed is regulated by inverter. There is no
vibration when the machine starts or stops, so it is very steady.
5. Discharge butterfly valve has special device for avoiding
misoperation, and it is detachable and easy to clean.
