Fluid Bed Dryer
The fluidized granulator is a new craft set combining the fluidized
bed technology and spraying technology to make granules in medical
industry, foodstuff, chemical industry and so on.
(1) It has four functions: Mixing, drying, granulating. it can make
powder material into granules by one step directly, dry the
material, and quickly fluidizing granulate.
(2) Under airtight negative pressure condition, clearance, no dead
angle.
(3) Making use of the fluidized material as wet sticky thing to
make granules can save much alcohol and bring down the cost, and
can produce small, no sugar or low sugar medical particle. (4) The
final products can be easy fusion and decomposed.
Principle of work:
The powder granule in the container (fluization) appear in the
state of fluidization. It is preheated and mixed with clean and
heated air. At the same time the solution of adhesive solvent is
fogged and sprayed into the container. It makes some particles
become granulating that contains adhesive. Being of unceasing dry
through hot air, the moisture in the granulation is evaporated and
the adhesive is solidification. The process is carried out
continuously. Finally it forms ideal, uniform and porous granules.

Coating: pellet, pill protective layer, color slow release, film,
enteric coating. Food granulation and coating
